A one day deposit is required on all reservations for two or more nights,
balance is due on arrival. Deposits will be refunded, minus a $25.00 fee, if
cancellations are made up to two weeks before your intended arrival. If a
cancellation occurs within two weeks of your intended arrival, deposits will be refunded,
minus a $25.00 fee, if the room can be filled.
Rates are subject to 7% Maine Lodging Tax.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal checks, traveler's checks and cash.
Check in is: 3:00 P.M. - 6 00 P.M. Special arrangements can be made for later
check-in.
Check out is: 11:00 A.M.
Our guests request that we do not accept children at the Inn.
The Inn is not appropriate for pets .
The Maples Inn is a smoke-free Inn.
