White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies


½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter -- softened
1 cup brown sugar -- firmly packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs -- beaten
2 ¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
12 ounces semisweet white chocolate chips
½ cup dried cranberries

Makes about 4-5 dozen cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Blend together butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Mix in 2 beaten eggs. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
  3. Drop by rounded teaspoon 2" apart on to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
