White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
½ cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter -- softened
1 cup brown sugar -- firmly packed
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs -- beaten
2 ¼ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
12 ounces semisweet white chocolate chips
½ cup dried cranberries
Makes about 4-5 dozen cookies
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Blend together butter, sugars, and vanilla until creamy. Mix in 2 beaten eggs. Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well. Stir in white chocolate chips and cranberries.
- Drop by rounded teaspoon 2" apart on to ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes or until golden brown.
